WARRANTY, REPAIRS, AND RETURNS

Warranty
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, screws, and other hardware. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents, or if you simply change your mind.

Repairs will be made whenever possible, subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. While we make every effort to match the original color and style of your product, we cannot guarantee an exact match. If a repair cannot be made, we will provide a replacement or, if a replacement is unavailable, issue a store credit for your purchase price. If your product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.

Repair Services
Even after the warranty period, we offer repair services for many products. Repairs are subject to parts and materials availability, and a service fee may apply. We strive to restore your product to the best possible condition. While we cannot guarantee an exact match to the original, we make every effort to maintain the original style and quality.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase for items shipped within the United States.

• Acceptable Item Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging (if applicable). Some items may have specific conditions for return, which will be indicated on the product page.
• Shipping Charges: Returns are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.
• Replacement/Exchange: We’ll replace the item with a different size, color, or a comparable product, subject to availability.
• Money Refund: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
• Items Not Eligible:
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items sold as part of a set or bundle, where individual items cannot be returned
