Our products are guaranteed for manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase when used under normal conditions. This warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects such as rivets, screws, and other hardware pieces found on our products. Coverage is void if damage is caused by unreasonable wear or neglect, normal wear and tear, damage from personal contents from within, or if you’ve changed your mind.
Repairs will be made whenever possible, but, subject to the availability of necessary parts and materials. We will make every effort to match the original color style of your product, however, we cannot guarantee that repaired items will be an exact match to the original. If a repair can not be made, we will send a replacement or if a replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for your purchase price. If your product was purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly.
